Experience hiring for sales or go‑to‑market roles in a technical or similar industry. Preferred qualifications 6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages, leveraging talent acquisition expertise. Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. Ability to grow customer relationships and work in a team environment. Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. About the job Google’s recruiting team is tasked with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit to all they do. As Recruiter, you will be a key contributor in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud in Poland, directly supporting the growth and success of our Cloud Customers business. You will proactively engage and hire exceptional candidates for a variety of go‑to‑market roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions, and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and develop hiring strategies to deliver for the business while providing a high‑touch experience from application through offer. Responsibilities Recruit and hire top go‑to‑market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives. Provide an efficient and high‑touch experience from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates. Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research. Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process while sharing and exchanging information with all levels of management. Negotiate engaged offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
