Bank House Coordinator – Clifton College Join to apply for the Bank House Coordinator role at Clifton College We are seeking a House Coordinator to join us on a bank contract working in one of our day or boarding houses as and when required; supporting the health and welfare of the pupils in our care. This is a varied role that requires a calm, friendly, and flexible approach.Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider College community. A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and an adaptable approach are important in managing the day-to‑day responsibilities of the role. Responsibilities Support the well‑being and pastoral care of pupils in a day or boarding house. Maintain a friendly, calm, and approachable presence. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider College community. Respond sensitively to a range of situations and adapt to the changing needs of the role. Qualifications Good listening skills and ability to show tact and diplomacy. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. Flexible attitude and adaptable approach to a varied role. Understanding of working with young people and genuine interest in their welfare. Base Pay Range Pay will be based on skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.
