Program Details Location: Nottingham office‑based for the initial 6‑month training; 3 days in our office per week (Cubo, Standard Court, NG1) – subsequently based anywhere in the UK. Salary: c£29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to c£60,000 after 4 years (performance dependent). Starting date: September 2026 (actual date to be confirmed). Responsibilities As a Graduate/Accelerator, you will: Deliver consultancy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations. Translate technical requirements into business solutions for clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographical locations. Post‑internship, be based anywhere in the UK. Qualifications Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing. Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months. Strong communication skills – both oral and written. Commercial mindset and relationship‑building ability. Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad. Ability to drive with access to a vehicle.
