Future Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will provide executive leadership across complex delivery portfolios, ensuring excellence in platform engineering, DevOps, and managed services. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver predictable, high‑quality outcomes while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and shape new engagements. Your leadership will ensure seamless transitions into managed services, operational stability, and continuous service improvement. You will take ownership of both delivery success and commercial growth—building trusted relationships, contributing to bids, and influencing long‑term client strategies. By developing future leaders and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture, you’ll strengthen CGI’s delivery capability and market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Provide strategic oversight of end‑to‑end delivery across engineering and managed services portfolios. Grow & Shape: Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts. Engage & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, supporting account growth and client retention. Optimise & Perform: Own financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, utilisation, and margin optimisation. Develop & Empower: Build and mentor high‑performing teams, strengthening delivery and commercial capability. Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role You will bring senior leadership experience across technology delivery, combined with a strong track record in account growth and business development. You’ll balance strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and engineering credibility to deliver results for clients and CGI. Essential Qualifications Extensive experience leading large‑scale engineering, cloud, DevOps, or managed service programmes. Proven success in growing accounts, shaping new opportunities, and supporting bids or proposals. Strong commercial and financial management expertise, including P&L ownership. Ability to influence and build credibility with executive and board‑level stakeholders. A leadership approach that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
