We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative / Driver to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and supplying raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow and on‑time delivery. This role involves working closely with production teams, maintaining accurate inventory records, and upholding health and safety standards within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, components, and supplies. Prepare and supply materials to production lines in a timely and accurate manner. Pick, pack, and dispatch finished products according to customer and production schedules. Maintain accurate inventory records and undertake regular stock takes. Load and unload deliveries safely using forklifts or pallet trucks (if qualified). Ensure all goods are stored correctly, labelled, and traceable. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health, safety, and quality standards. Report shortages, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly. Help with production tasks in the warehouse. Deliver goods to customers using company vehicle and other general driving duties as required. Skills & Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Good understanding of stock control and material handling. Ability to follow production schedules and prioritise workloads. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Forklift licence desirable. Team‑oriented with good communication skills. Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely. Good PC knowledge of Word and Excel. Clean driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
