Blended working between Stirling office and home.ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire walking programme teams to deliver commitments.Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, partner organisations and funders to increase walking opportunities in Scotland.Contribute meaningfully to a senior leadership team as a senior leader.Adaptable and resilient; anticipate challenges and develop plans to solve them.QualificationsSenior leadership experience in a charity or similar sector.Evidence of strategic planning and partnership development.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.BenefitsContributory pension scheme and flexi‑time policy.
