Here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be on the road in every weather, singing along with the music you choose, while we provide automated technology that pre‑plans your route and pre‑loads your van. Work hours will include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, and your base pay will receive premiums that bring your average hourly earnings to £13.25. All breaks are paid, so you get paid for every minute on the clock. Additional benefits include paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package. Our training team will provide all the necessary instruction. However the following driving licence requirements must be met: Full UK or EU driving licence Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable) Maximum of 6 penalty points No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years Additional requirements: You must be over 18 years old to handle alcohol deliveries. Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer‑facing role. How to Apply Fill in an online application – no CV needed.
