This will involve recruiting for a wide range of roles across both hard and soft services, including critical positions such as Engineers, Multi‑Skilled Technicians, Receptionists, and Front of House/Host personnel. Operating within the Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ultimately securing exceptional talent across all job levels within the company. What You’ll Do Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising. Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent. Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates. Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements. Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning. Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance. Recruit for entry‑level to senior‑level roles; assist with recruitment of high‑level and executive‑level roles. Apply in‑depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in‑depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values; work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. What You’ll Need Extensive experience in sourcing candidates within the facilities management, construction, or trades and labor sectors is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment needs, typically 20‑40 + roles concurrently. Possesses a strong social media presence for talent acquisition. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Extensive experience with Boolean search methodologies for identifying hard‑to‑source candidates. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
