Job Responsibilities Prepare, cook and serve meals for residents and others in a timely manner. Provide a varied diet catering for cultural preferences of residents. Plan and cook for celebrations and other events in the Home. Order supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines, using approved suppliers. Maintain accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP. Participate in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators and Local Authorities. Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the kitchen by adhering to HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
