Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Carbon60 Project Services Pay: From £35 per hour Hours: Up to 50 hours per week available About the Role We are looking for experienced Structures Technicians / Sheet Metal Workers to join our team at Fleetlands, working on the Chinook helicopter program. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile rotary-wing project in a well-equipped facility. Key Responsibilities Perform structural repairs, modifications, and assembly on Chinook airframes. Carry out sheet metal work including drilling, reaming, countersinking, riveting (solid, blind, hi-lok), and fitting parts to engineering drawings. Work with alloys and composites, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and safety requirements. Requirements Proven experience in aircraft structural or sheet metal work. Previous rotary-wing experience (Chinook preferred) highly desirable. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of fastener installation, sealant application, and composite repair practices advantageous. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate from £35 per hour.
