⭐ Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Redhill Area) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Until at least February Half Term (with potential to extend) We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Redhill area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education who is looking to make a real difference in the classroom. Full-time position, Monday-Friday Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and small-group or 1:1 support Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment Working with SEND pupils where needed Start date: Immediate Ongoing contract until at least February Half Term, with strong potential for extension We'd love to hear from you if you: Have experience working with children or young people (school-based or related settings) Are confident, proactive, and patient Have strong communication skills Can build positive relationships with students and staff Are reliable and ready to start quickly(Desirable) Have experience supporting SEND or secondary-aged pupils A friendly and collaborative staff team Ongoing support and professional development A well‑structured environment where TAs are valued Opportunity to gain experience in a strong secondary setting If you're ready to start immediately and want a rewarding role supporting young people, apply now with your CV and we'll be in touch to arrange the next steps.
