I am working with a leading, privately owned contractor who specialise in fit-out projects within the leisure & hospitality markets. Typically, they work with blue-chip clients on a range of projects from GBP1m - GBP5m (although some schemes have exceeded this). They ve asked us to source an experienced Contracts Manager due to a sustained increase in workload. Requirements/Reasons to apply: You will be joining a profitable contractor with an impressive forward order book for 2026 and beyond. Workload can be nationwide so you must be prepared to work on projects throughout the UK. You will be working on a range of leisure, hotels & student accommodation schemes. Previous experience in these sectors is crucial. This division often looks after technically challenging schemes; we are looking for somebody top class and the salary package will reflect this.
