King's Trust Team Leader Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. Responsibilities You will be working with a group of learners as they progress their journey on the 12‑Week Team programme. From recruitment of learners to the end of the programme you will work closely with a Team Manager and other GMFRS staff to provide an engaging, challenging, fun programme designed to inspire and motivate young people aged 16‑25. Based in Stockport, you will be at one of our long‑standing team locations at the heart of a community serving Tameside, East Manchester and Glossop. Qualifications Experience of delivering portfolio‑based learning programmes. Project planning and budget monitoring. Standardisation and quality assurance processes. Practical experience of safeguarding vulnerable young people and adults. Supporting training and education for learners from a range of backgrounds. Having a D1 driving qualification is desirable. A full UK Driving Licence is essential. Able to attend three residential programmes (3–4 nights each) per academic year. Ability to work across GM wide.
