Community charities are championed by employees who, in addition to the financial donation, volunteer their time and skills to maximize the grants’ effectiveness.Purpose of the roleThe Campaign Executive with have both the resilience and gravitas to successfully support clients and the wider team. They will hold a variety of responsibilities and complete a wide range of exciting and challenging work that includes frequent client contact, participating in new business activity, arranging events and marketing.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Capital Markets team on a broad range of tasksCompiling media and analyst coverage reports, researchDay to day client contact and managing relationships where appropriateProvision of advice and guidance to clientsEnsuring efficient, high-quality day to day delivery of client programmesDriving and coordinating media and analyst relations activityDrafting written materials that are well-informed and audience appropriate, requiring minimal input from senior team membersAssisting in the development of new business proposals and pitch presentationsPlanning and managing the organisation of client eventsDrafting press releases and handling RNS announcementsBuilding media and sell-side analyst relations skillsSocial media engagementTimely completion of timesheetsAbout YouYou can be a school/college leaver, career switcher or a university graduate - open to allMotivated, enthusiastic team player with an affinity for business and communicationsCommunications experience and an understanding of the media - experience in Capital Markets preferred but not requiredInterest and enthusiasm for the City and Capital Markets communicationsPassion for the media, current affairs and businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven verbal and written ability in English and local languagesStrong attention to detailAnalytical, creative and inquisitiveTime management skills, including adapting to changing priorities and multi-tasking to deliver to deadlinesConfident presentation skillsThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
