About this role: Looking for a role where you can take the lead, support a team and keep a rental site running at its best? As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of a busy branch, making sure customers receive a smooth, reliable service while your team feel supported and confident in their roles. What you’ll do Oversee the branch with a steady focus on customer relationships, operational quality and commercial success. Lead and mentor your team, creating a safe, positive environment where people can do their best work. Work closely with colleagues across sales, compliance and fleet to give customers a straightforward hire experience from start to finish. What you’ll bring: You enjoy taking ownership, setting clear standards and helping people grow. And if you’re not sure you meet every point, please still apply - potential and attitude count just as much as experience. Confidence guiding a small team and supporting their development. Comfort in a customer‑facing setting and an interest in building lasting partnerships. A practical approach to managing processes, juggling priorities and keeping administration accurate. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is helpful, but not essential.
