Field Care Supervisor Location: Lambeth Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 Hours: 42 hrs/week Caremark Lambeth is a professional homecare provider supporting individuals in Lambeth and surrounding areas. We offer our customers a high‑quality level of care & support in the comfort of their own homes with our dedicated team supporting vulnerable adults and people with learning disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers. Carry out risk assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and update these as required. Conduct introductory visits for the first visit of a Care & Support Worker to a customer. Ensure all customer visits are always covered. Be on‑call in case of emergency on rotation with other FCS and Manager. Coordinate recruitment and permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers with Care Coordinators and support the writing of Care & Support Agreements. Identify suitable Care & Support Workers to cover absences caused by sickness or holiday. Allocate alternative workers when a current worker is unavailable. Facilitate the practical induction of all new Care & Support Workers. Provide in‑field training as and when appropriate. Identify additional training needs and report accordingly. Conduct customer reviews and respond to Individual Review Forms completed by workers promptly. Urgently report any changes in a worker’s or customer’s schedule to the Care Coordinator. Supervise, mentor and support all Care & Support Workers in the field. Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in customer homes. Encourage opportunities for workers’ continuing professional development. Maintain up‑to‑date written reports and administration. Maintain close liaison with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator. Implement field‑based quality control systems and support Care Assistants within a defined area. Oversee care quality control and manage a team of Care Assistants. Good communicator. Additional Candidate Requirements Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor. Driver’s licence compulsory. Will be employed across Caremark Lambeth and surrounding areas, working closely with the Care Manager. Responsible for implementing field‑based quality control systems and supporting Care Assistants. Willing to work two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday). Field Care Supervisors spend approx. 95% of their week in the field and 5% in office for administration.
