You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order fulfilment, helping to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business, where no two days are the sameWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in a sales support or administrative roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with a customer-focused mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentThe ability to ask questions and challenge the normThe finer elements of the role include:Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely mannerCoordinating with logistics and freight partners to ensure timely dispatch and deliveryCommunicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queriesPreparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructionsMaintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systemsMonitoring stock levels and liaising with warehouse/production teamsSupporting the sales team with quotations, customer onboarding, and data analysisCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
