Are you a passionate Sous Chef looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our kitchen team.

The Role:

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and maintaining smooth kitchen operations. You will work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in menu planning and food preparation
Overseeing kitchen operations.
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency
Managing stock control and kitchen hygiene standards
Supporting and training junior kitchen staff
Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Passion for fresh, high-quality food and creative menus
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible approach to weekend work
