Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Senior Recruitment Consultant at Prospero IntegratedAs an Audio Visual crew booker you will be expected to directly support the Project Managers in a co-ordination role.You will be expected to ‘crew’ the upcoming jobs and make sure all projects on site are ‘ready to go’ on a daily basis. Overseeing the communication with contractors and staff, booking accommodation, raising purchase orders and preparing briefing documents.Responsibilities:Support commercial director in his scheduling, client liaising, event planning and other aspects in event planning and deliveryBook crew, accommodation and logistics as requiredBe part of the team and support others in peak periodsWork within allocated job budgetsSupporting with list making, note taking and task chasingKeep database up to date with all informationContinue to build freelance databaseRegular check in’s with PMs to discuss upcoming jobsSupplying planning sheets and RAMS to crew on siteMaking sure all information needed from crew is on systemSkills Required:Organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skillsUnderstands the flexible nature of the events industry and who is used to working unsociable hours.IT Skills essential - Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Previous work within eventsIf you believe you are suitable for this role, please apply with your CV todayLocation: Cambridge, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
