What you’ll be doing Deliver high standards of professional practice and clinical care in orthopaedic surgeries. Lead and coordinate the theatre team, ensuring a positive working environment. Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Implement and promote research‑based nursing and clinical practices. What we’re looking for Current NMC or HCPC registration. Qualified RGN or ODP with strong major orthopaedic skills, such as joint and shoulder replacements.
