We work across residential styling, Airbnb/short stay setups, boutique hotels, display homes, and premium homewares—both locally and nationally. About the Role This is a hands‑on sales role for a driven professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new opportunities, and closing commercial and high‑value residential projects. You’ll manage the showroom experience, oversee premium consultation enquiries, and grow our network across hotels, builders, developers, and homeowners. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a full‑time, fast‑paced BDM or Sales Manager position and is now seeking 20–30 hours per week while still operating at a senior level. What You’ll Do Identify and secure new opportunities across boutique hotels, Airbnb/short stay setups, and display homes. Manage the showroom experience and guide high‑value residential clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes. Report weekly and monthly on sales, pipeline, performance, and margins. Build and nurture long‑term relationships across B2B and B2C clients. Represent M+B Interiors at industry events and networking functions. What You Bring Proven success in business development, sales, or account management (ideally interiors, homewares, property, or hospitality). Strong commercial reporting skills: sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and margin tracking. A proactive, self‑starting approach with the ability to work independently. Existing industry relationships or networks that help you identify opportunities faster. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
