Crown Mews is a specialist supported living service designed to enable people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs to live happy, healthy, safe and fulfilled lives. The service consists of three modern, four‑bedroom houses. All bedrooms are en‑suite, and service users also have access to a quiet room, communal lounge, kitchen/diners and gardens. Our focus is on promoting independence, building life skills and supporting individuals to achieve their full potential. Shifts 7.5‑hour shifts, alternate weekends, 2‑week rolling rota. Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Salary £12.25 up to £12.45. Initially £12.25 per hour. After completing our paid‑for Care Certificate (verified or completed with us), rate increases to £12.35 per hour. Upon completing a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (verified or completed with us), rate increases to £12.45 per hour. Up to £200 compensation for completing your e‑learning before you start. Benefits Hastee Pay – withdraw up to 40% of your earned salary before payday. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus an additional day off for your birthday and up to 5 extra days for length of service. Quarterly awards to recognise commitment and outstanding performance. Automatic entry into our Employee Assistance Programme (personal, financial, mental health and wellbeing support). Qualifications & Requirements Requires an Enhanced DBS to be completed. No previous experience required; training will be provided.
