Whether you're currently studying a construction-related qualification, recently completed one, or simply keen to break into the industry, this is an excellent pathway into a long-term career.
The Role
As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the site team in delivering high-quality new homes safely, efficiently, and to programme. You will learn every element of the build process, from groundworks through to handover, gaining hands-on experience alongside experienced Site and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising day-to-day site operations.
Support health & safety compliance across the development.
Help coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics.
Learn to identify and report quality issues or defects.
Assist with site paperwork, progress reports, and documentation.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site visitors.
Provide support during customer inspections and handover processes.About You
Keen to start or progress a career in construction/site management.
Studying or holding a qualification in Construction, Built Environment or similar (preferred but not essential).
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
Strong communicator with good problem-solving skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
A genuine interest in housebuilding and quality homes.What's on Offer
