Year 5 Primary Teacher - About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join an experienced and supportive team. As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that support and challenge students as they approach the transition to Key Stage 2. You will have the opportunity to foster curiosity and a love of learning, while also ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire Year 5 students.
* Assessing and tracking the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
* Supporting students in their social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring their well-being is a priority.
* Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to plan and implement a broad, balanced, and challenging curriculum.
* Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting high standards of behaviour and learning.
* Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure strong home-school partnerships.

Year 5 Primary Teacher - What We Are Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* A passion for delivering inspiring and effective teaching, particularly for students in Key Stage 2.
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and how to differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
* A proactive, motivated, and collaborative approach to teaching.
