OverviewLead the Corporate team at a well-established Legal 500 firm. Shape the department’s future and progress towards Board level. Up to £90,000 base salary + profit share bonus + strong benefits. We’re looking for a Head of Corporate to join a leading law firm in London.With movement at the top of the team, this is a rare opportunity to steady the ship and then take the department forward, building on the strong foundations already in place across the firm’s other commercial services teams. This is a fantastic role for someone ambitious who wants to combine quality work with the chance to step into leadership and ultimately progress to the Board.Who we’re looking forCorporate Solicitor with at least 5–8 years PQEProven experience supervising others and leading on transactionsTrack record of business development and networkingVaried corporate experience, ideally from a mid-sized firmStrong communication and client care skillsOutgoing and approachable personalityWhat you’ll be doingLeading the corporate department, ensuring stability and growthSupervising and supporting the existing NQ solicitor within the teamHandling your own caseload of corporate transactionsBuilding relationships with existing clients and networks, including within the local tech communityDriving business development and helping shape the department’s future strategyPlaying an active role in the wider management team, with progression to the Board after 12 monthsSalary & BenefitsSalary: Up to £90,000 base, potentially £95,000 DOEBonus: Profit share, typically c.10% of departmental profit over target (higher for those bringing a following)Hours: Flexible, with the ability to bank additional hours workedHybrid working: Office presence required, but flexibility offeredHoliday: 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays, with increases for long service and the option to buy extra leavePension scheme (3% employer contribution)Private health insurance (after qualifying period)Life assurance (4x salary)Professional study supportWellbeing support: Champion Health, Westfield Health, cycle-to-work schemeProgression: Clear path to Board level, with the chance to shape a department in your own visionContact Duane CormellCall 03300 245 606 or email duane.cormell@realmrecruit.com to find out more or apply confidentially. #J-18808-Ljbffr
