CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruitingWest Hertfordshire community neuro service provided by CLCH is looking for an enthusiastic forward thinking Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Nurse Specialist.We have a wonderful opportunity for someone with neuro experience to come and work with us for a year, working in the community supporting people with MS. We are able to offer support within our large team to help you support the patients on the caseload.12 month fixed term contract, part time. Internal CLCH staff & external secondments from other NHS organisations considered.This role involves providing care for people with MS within the community, including running out-patient clinics and visiting people in their homes. You will be working as the community specialist in supporting with symptom management, support and education.
