Shift type: Days. Contracted hours: 40. We’re opening a 119-bed care home in Brunswick Park, London, and we’re looking for an exceptional Commissioning Home Manager to shape its future from day one. This is your chance to lead a home from pre-opening to full occupancy, create a thriving team, and set the standard for outstanding care. Your Role Lead the pre-opening phase and launch the home to full occupancy. Develop and implement a targeted local marketing strategy to attract new residents. Recruit, inspire, and develop a cohesive, values‑led team, minimizing reliance on agency staff. Manage budgets effectively, balancing commercial success with the highest standards of care. Oversee regulatory registration, HR, training, and governance systems. Foster a warm, inclusive culture built around our five core values. Contract Salary: up to £90,000 per annumAnnual bonus: Earn up to 40% of salaryExtras: Private Medical Insurance, Pension and 5.6 weeks annual leave Who We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a successful Home Manager. Commercially astute, with a proven record of driving occupancy and focusing on private residents. A deep passion for high‑quality care and the ability to lead by example. Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance. Calm, collaborative leadership style with outstanding people skills. Support You’ll Receive You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be fully supported by our experienced senior leadership team and a dedicated Commissioning team, who have successfully opened multiple care homes across the group. Together, you’ll ensure a smooth launch and long‑term success for the home.
