ABOUT THIS JOB This is an entry‑level Policy Analyst role, suitable for candidates completing a Master’s degree or with up to two years of relevant work experience in consulting, government, or related agencies. You will support project managers across all our thematic areas to deliver studies, evaluations, and impact assessments. The role requires a good understanding of the policy environment and knowledge of UK and/or EU policy topics aligned to our core areas of business. The successful candidate will contribute to policy studies and evaluations in line with advances in research methods and evolving government guidelines for evidence‑based policymaking. YOUR PROFILE An academic background in a relevant subject at Masters level or above An affinity with one or more of the policy areas in which we work and knowledge of current developments in the field A good command of qualitative and/or quantitative evaluation methods The ability to write well and to a professional standard, in English. Self‑motivation, intellectual curiosity and an ability to work independently and across different disciplines A willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary, international teams Proficiency in using statistical analysis software Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi‑task, and work under strict deadlines Client relationship skills YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support project managers as part of a team Design data collection tools Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data Interpret and apply key results from analysis Contribute to writing of study reports Support colleagues in their delivery of work Ensure individual assignments are delivered to plan OUR OFFER We offer a competitive salary, a 10% contributory pension, performance‑related bonus, private healthcare, an employee assistance programme, and a cycle‑to‑work scheme.
