As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the wellbeing, safety, and daily lives of the people we support. Leading by example, ensuring exceptional care, and supporting both staff and individuals to thrive. You Will: Support individuals in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible Assist with audits, checks and controls Lead by example and guiding Support Workers in best practice Encourage and implementing new ideas to enhance service delivery Promote dignity, respect, and emotional understanding in every interaction We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We're looking for someone who listens deeply, understands emotions, and genuinely cares about making a positive difference. Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it) A natural leader who can motivate and support a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highlea Care, part of National Care Group, is a well-established and trusted provider of supported living and outreach services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs.
