Senior Treasury Analyst Hybrid, London location Why work for us? We offer Competitive salary in the region of £80,000 per annum A workplace pension scheme Hybrid working, with collaborative days in our Leatherhead or London offices 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), with options to purchase and sell up to 5 days holiday per year (pro rata) Private health and dental cover Support and investment in your personal development 24/7 access to Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aiders The Role Reporting to the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, your role will be broadly split into the following areas; Liquidity and Funding Forecast Responsible for short-term liquidity and funding needs forecast, utilising Excel-based models Forecasting and stress testing key components of assets and liabilities Review and optimising the teams’ regular processes, implementing new processes and improvements. Reporting Implementation of changes to BI reporting according to business requirements Delivery of regular external reporting required under securitisation programmes (including regulatory requirements under ESMA) Monitor and report on funding facility covenants, complying with reporting timelines Production of the monthly ALCO pack Financial and Risk Management Analysis and reporting of exposures Risk mitigation strategies for interest rate, FX and Counterparty credit risks Ad-hoc Support the setup of new funding transactions Assist with annual budgeting and period forecasting processes Work with the accounting team to ensure that Treasury matters are accurately reflected in financial statements Act as a backup to the Treasury Analysts team Who we're looking for If you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company. To be successful as our Senior Treasury Analyst, You have an advanced analytical skill set, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thoroughly investigate and report findings. You have working experience with Securitisation structures and related reporting requirements and experience within a demanding financial services role. You’re proactive in improving and designing processes, with the ability to lead BI Analysts through change initiatives, thoroughly testing BI initiatives prior to release. You have a thorough experience of Treasury, in particular in liquidity management and short-term funding operations. Your outstanding Excel capability includes modelling, pivot tables, lookups and related analytical functions. You’re experienced in stakeholder management at all levels, internally and externally (including lenders, lawyers, backup servicers or corporate service providers) and are confident as the main point of contact. It would be ideal if you have experience with Electronic payments, banking counterparties, BACS, SWIFT.
