We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on the dual role of Reception Class Teacher and Early Years Lead. The Role Reception Class Teacher: Lead our well-established Reception class, building strong foundations for pupil learning. Early Years Lead: Strategically guide and inspire our entire EYFS team (Nursery through Reception) to ensure outstanding outcomes for all children. What you'll bring Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Proven vision and collaborative skills necessary to lead, inspire, and develop a team. A calm, patient, and genuinely understanding approach to young children. The resilience and flexibility to manage the class and the curriculum successfully.
