This role is instrumental in creating world‑class experiences for corporate partners, VIP guests, and players participating in our Pro‑Am events throughout the season.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGPro‑Am & Event Day ExperiencesLead on‑site and pre‑event pro‑am operations, acting as a primary point of contact for players, guests, EMCs, and venue stakeholders.Work with the Event Management Companies (EMCs), overseeing all elements of pro‑am operations and delivery, from pre‑planning to on‑site execution.Design and implement end‑to‑end guest journeys for each pro‑am, ensuring consistency and excellence across the season.Support the creation of event‑day run sheets and operational plans, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.Manage on‑site guest registration processes, ensuring smooth check‑in, welcome flow, and accurate distribution of credentials and gifting.Work with the SVP of Merchandise to curate a thorough gifting strategy for each pro‑am; communicate the strategy to EMCs and ensure order deadlines are met.Collaborate closely with internal teams, host venues, and partners, managing the internal request process for pro‑am teams.Work alongside the VIP Guest Services Team to standardise pro‑am guest communications via the Guest Management System.Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our EMCs deliver consistency across our events.Monitor EMC performance on event days, capturing learnings and feeding back to drive continuous service improvement.Honorary Observer ProgrammeSupport the VP, Tournament Administration, and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the Honorary Observer Programme, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for VIP guests.Oversee and support the Manager, Competition Logistics as an additional on‑site contact for Honorary Observers, providing personalised support and exceptional hospitality throughout their experience.Coordinate closely with the Partnership Management team to allocate Honorary Observer spots for partners, VIPs, and invited guests.Work with internal operations teams, EMCs, and on‑course officials to ensure smooth access to tees, fairways, and designated viewing areas.Liaise with player liaisons, caddies, marshals, and rules officials to facilitate safe and unobtrusive on‑course positioning for guests.Work with the SVP of Merchandise to curate a thorough gifting strategy.Capture feedback from VIP guests, partners, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the experience.Travelling Volunteer (TVP) ProgramSupport with TVP Program logistics, from pre‑planning to on‑site execution.Support the Senior Manager as needed by approving and communicating travel and accommodation requests for the TVP Volunteers.Anticipate needs with program and logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.AccreditationAssisting the VP of Tournament Administration with the organisation of all accreditation across the LIV Golf League.Approve credential requests within agreed guidelines, set by the VP, Tournament Administration, to include but not limited to working credentials, inside the ropes lanyards and armbands, range access cards, VIP Viewing deck credentials and Little Sharks program requirements.Liaise with teams, internal departments, sponsors, suppliers, etc. concerning accreditation queries.Monitor accreditation mailboxes, chat groups, organisational manager groups, registration links and SharePoint files.MiscellaneousSupport delivery of Tournament Administration programs as needed, not limited to but including the following: Travelling Volunteer Program, Child Care, Volunteer Programme, and Shipping.Special Projects or other duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU3+ years working within golf events / live sports and entertainment, managing end‑to‑end logistics around golf days or other such events.Proven track record coordinating large‑scale events, with a customer‑first mindset.Strong leadership and communication skills;
