You’ll be based in the Macclesfield office, managing a varied caseload of residential property matters with the support of a dedicated assistant. Who we’re looking for Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with 2–5 years’ experience (or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge of residential property mattersConfident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completionGreat communication and client care skillsExperience in business development or marketing (Desirable)Familiarity with case management systemsTeam player with a positive, proactive attitudeSupervisory experience (desirable, not essential) What you’ll be doing Manage a caseload of 50+ residential property mattersDeal with sales, purchases, lease extensions, transfers, mortgages, and high-value mattersWork closely with an assistant for admin and file supportLiaise with clients, referrers, agents and colleagues across four North West officesContribute to business development and marketing activitiesPotential to support or supervise junior colleagues as the team grows Salary & Benefits Competitive salary: £42,000–£50,000 DOEFirm-wide annual bonusPension schemeProfessional development supportHybrid working availableFriendly, non-hierarchical environmentRealistic targets focused on quality and serviceOffices well-connected across Cheshire and South Manchester Contact Harry Nicholls Want to join a team that values people and progression as much as performance?
