Temporary Christmas Sales Associate Join us at H.Samuel for a part‑time sales associate role during the Christmas season. This role offers commission, incentives, and a generous staff discount. About the role You will be the face of H.Samuel, creating an exceptional festive atmosphere in our stores. Your primary responsibilities include answering customer questions, showcasing jewellery and related products, using sales skills to help the team meet targets, and ensuring every customer leaves with a perfect gift‑wrapped purchase. Responsibilities Provide engaging customer service and create memorable experiences. Answer questions about jewellery, watches, and related products. Demonstrate products and use sales skills to achieve targets. Maintain store presentation and promote brand culture. Operate within the business‑casual dress code and celebrate individual style. Your background You have a passion for customers, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and the natural ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers. Previous jewellery experience is not required, but an interest in jewellery products and brands is essential. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer‑first mindset and strong presentation skills. Ability to work part‑time hours, including peak trading periods, bank holidays and weekends. Willingness to attend training and development programs. Application process Applicants will complete a short online assessment and, if successful, a short video interview. Final stage interviews will be conducted by the store manager.
