We are seeking an experienced Production Stream Manager with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a highly demanding senior role within our business; you should have proven senior management experience gained within an FMCG environment. An effective people manager, you will be a strong leader and role model, exemplifying a best-practice approach across performance management, objective setting, coaching and mentoring.
