As a Nightshift Senior Care Assistant with Meallmore you will have a vital role in guiding our team in our mission to provide high‑quality, personalised care; Collaborating with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to consider, plan, implement, and evaluate the comprehensive care needs of each individual using our service. Cultivate and encourage a positive work environment and practices that are safe and meet all relevant standards, policies, and legislation. Utilise an all‑inclusive approach to achieve outcomes in cooperation with all departments within our care service. What we're looking for: You’ll be registered as a supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council, within the necessary time frame. You’ll be on a journey to obtain the qualifications needed for SSSC registration. Holding an SVQ level 3 or higher, or its equivalent, in Social Services & Healthcare is a desirable trait. You’ll have a PDA or an equivalent in Supervision. You’ll successfully graduate from the Meallmore Upskills Academy Senior Care Worker Programme.
