Role GAIN Performance Creative Campaign Manager Location Spain UK Hybrid / Remote Hybrid (Barcelona) or Fully Remote (UK / Spain) What you’ll be doing This is a hybrid role combining paid media campaign management with creative strategy to deliver best‑in‑class performance marketing for our clients. You will manage between 36 clients (depending on account size) ensuring campaigns are strategically managed, data‑driven and powered by performance‑optimised creative. You will work closely with the Performance Director and Creative Strategy team to oversee both campaign execution (daily management, optimisations, analysis) and creative direction (briefing, asset testing, performance insight feedback). Our ideal candidate is equal parts data‑driven campaign manager and creative thinker, comfortable diving into spreadsheets one moment and creative brainstorming the next. As you grow into the role you will be given more responsibility in client strategy and communication. Responsibilities Performance Campaign Management Daily budget tracking and campaign management across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google and potentially TikTok / YouTube Ongoing optimisation to hit KPIs and drive scalable results Weekly reporting and ad‑hoc deep‑dive analysis A/B testing across targeting, bidding and creatives Sharing insights with clients and internal teams Creative Strategy & Insight Analyze campaign creative performance to identify winning formats, trends and areas for improvement Conduct research to support creative ideation and ensure concepts are culturally relevant and performance‑aligned Translate insights into actionable briefs for UGC creators, designers and editors Maintain a creative feedback loop to continuously refine and iterate on assets Adapt creative for different platforms and placements Client & Team Communication Maintain clear professional and proactive communication with clients; act as an extension of their team Work alongside Performance Directors and Client Leads to align creative strategies with wider media strategies Collaborate closely with internal creative and paid media teams, offering feedback and contributing to shared learnings Support knowledge sharing and internal best‑practice documentation Requirements Key Qualifications & Experience Fluent in English, written and spoken 2 years experience running direct‑response campaigns on Facebook and/or Google Strong knowledge of paid media creative performance metrics and ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Proven ability to analyze campaign data and extract insights to drive optimisation and creative direction Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, graphs) Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with designers, editors or UGC creators Extremely high attention to detail Excellent communicator, team player and highly self‑motivated Ability to adapt quickly to last‑minute changes and priorities Desired Skills (not essential) Agency experience, ideally with 1 year of client comms Google Data Studio and/or Google Analytics experience Familiarity with UGC workflows and creative production Creative QA/review experience How we work Constant curiosity: we’re curious, critical creative thinkers who get a kick out of finding new ways to look at the world.
