Responsibilities and Qualifications Strong understanding of partnership reviews and the ability to adapt to changes at national, regional, and local levels, following College of Policing guidance. Skilled in analysing and producing complex written reports, with the ability to turn data into clear, impactful presentations. Confident presenting complex information in multi‑agency settings. Experience in safeguarding vulnerable people and working within public sector audit and compliance. Proven ability to develop clear briefings, reports, and data analysis. Excellent communicator—able to explain complex issues clearly to diverse audiences, both in writing and presentations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Confident advising, influencing, and negotiating at all organisational levels. Builds credibility and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organised, able to manage a busy workload and balance competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
