Proven ability to manage a temporary staffing function to deliver a flexible, compliant and cost‑effective service. Strong knowledge of workforce planning and establishment control to balance safety with financial efficiency. Skilled in analysing workforce data and turning insights into clear, practical solutions. Ability to produce accurate, easy‑to‑understand workforce reports for managers and senior leaders. Confident in guiding and challenging managers on rota planning, staffing resources and use of headroom. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of navigating challenging conversations and influencing senior stakeholders. Benefits Private Medical Insurance. Contributory pension scheme (total contribution up to 20%). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Life assurance. Travel season ticket loan. Family friendly benefits. A range of retail discounts. Excellent career development with clear pathways and access to further education. Application Information Salary is up to £75,000 per annum, depending on how closely your experience matches our requirements. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days onsite each week, which is not negotiable. Please submit a CV and a detailed cover letter outlining your relevant experience and suitability.
