Job Description General Practitioner – Bupa Health Centre Aberdeen, AB23 8HG. Competitive salary and fantastic benefits. 4x sessions per week, working Thursday and Friday. We make health happen. As an experienced Doctor, you'll be making a difference every day in a flexible, dynamic role with a supportive network and healthy work‑life balance, offering autonomy and a collaborative environment. Your Role You will deliver primary care consultations and health assessments to customers of Bupa Health Clinics, ensuring high‑quality service and high customer satisfaction across a network of over 200 GP clinics in the UK. Key Responsibilities Deliver face‑to‑face health assessments and private GP consultations. Undertake clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice. Attend and participate in clinical meetings / training sessions as required. Participate in an annual clinical review and competency assessments within Bupa. Work with the Lead Physician on quality improvement activities including audits. Provide clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff. Qualifications & Skills GMC GP Registration. A professional, caring manner that extends across patients and colleagues. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate. Current Adult and Children Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate. Member of a Medical Defence Organisation. Great time management and flexibility. Current experience in general practice with strong clinical decision‑making skills. Taking pride in your work and in doing the best job you can. IT proficiency including MS Office, e‑records and e‑prescribing. Regular CPD activities in line with appraisal and revalidation requirements.
