Perhaps you enjoy practicing knowledge transfer and collaboration?Gymshark is the place for you.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Creating quality, scalable digital solutions for Gymshark and its customers, with a focus on the mobile productsUtilising your knowledge and experience with Kotlin to develop and create features and functionality in Android appWorking collaboratively with Engineering colleagues to meet sprint goals, and ensure sprints are successfulCollaborating with the Delivery Team to ensure that features and products are delivered on time and as plannedSetting engineering standards and spear heading team-level Definitions of DonePresenting on the work delivered within an iteration to key stakeholders, clearly demoing the value in language that non-technical stakeholders can understandChampioning the continuous improvement of the teamChampioning continuous improvementWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Essential Criteria:Active delivery of Mobile solutionsCompetent in Android coding languages; KotlinAbility to build database through enhancement, installation and optimisationProven ability to ensure solutions are implemented that deliver genuine value to their usersCoordinating and instrumenting the overarching solution design, in accordance with architectural vision and development strategy during the discovery phase of new projectsPerforming a suitable degree of testing against a given solution before deliveryDefining and tracking Engineering/Quality KPIs in collaboration with the Lead engineer to ensure delivery is consistent and class-leadingPLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.CLOSING DATE: Friday 19th July 2024BELONGING AT GYMSHARK.Our mission is to be a place where everyone belongs.
