Chartered Surveyor (Senior / Associate level), London Salary TBD (c£60,000 - £80,000 base depending on experience) + Bonus & Benefits We are pleased to be working with a leading private practice who have a history of delivering to a broad mix of clients across the country with their professional surveying service. Due to an ever increasing demand for their skills and capabilities the firm is looking to recruit additional Chartered Surveyors up to Associate level who will be offered a great platform to perform and continue working within this great field. Unlike many private practices, there is a far less of a KPI / target feel, and more time invested in managing relationships with clients and simply conducting the job to the best of your abilities. They have become recognised for having a stable business, one that doesn't have a revolving door, and is known for supporting and nurturing those who require it. They are keen to meet with experienced Chartered Surveyors who have experience of working in the private practice market, and are able to convey exposure across areas such as due diligence, dilapidations, leasing, neighbourly matters, contract admin. As a senior member of the business you will take responsibility for delivering a high standard of work whilst also looking to generate new client relations and business. If you are based in London (or perhaps able to commute a couple of times in to London without too much hassle) this could be a great platform for you to further your experience. The role will cover most asset classes across both the public and private sector (focus towards commercial assets). All applicants will be measured on their individual merits and skills.
