We are now seeking a Band 7 Lead Specialist Podiatrist MSKThe Podiatry Service within the Outer North West Division is introducing new ways of working, with transformation plans to further embed into the neighbourhood structure with a focus on population health.You will provide day-to-day leadership to the team of Podiatrists in a supported environment and within a dynamic team. Providing clinical care alongside your leadership portfolio, you will ensure the needs of patients are placed at the centre of care delivery while providing assurance that standards of clinical care within a designated area is of the highest standard attainable.You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassionate leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice and leadership.
