Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Full-Time in Littlehampton Randstad Education is actively recruiting a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team at a vibrant nursery located in the Littlehampton area of West Sussex. Your Responsibilities As an essential member of the nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. Key duties include: Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Acting as a designated Key Person for a group of children, monitoring their progress, and maintaining accurate developmental records. Establishing positive and productive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and welfare are maintained at all times. Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development. Essential Requirements A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or an equivalent qualification such as NNEB, or NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development). Recent, relevant experience working within a formal early years setting (nursery or pre-school). Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of the EYFS framework. Strong verbal communication, written skills, and good organisational abilities. A genuine commitment to working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
