Role Overview The Social Media Manager will own and execute the social strategy for Caprice Restaurants, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels. You will create compelling content that reflects the personality, luxury, and vibrancy of each restaurant while ensuring brand consistency and high standards across all touchpoints. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced creative role working closely with Marketing, PR, GMs, Chefs, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and deliver a multi‑brand social media strategy across Instagram and other channels Plan and produce high‑quality content, including short‑form video, photography, reels, behind‑the‑scenes stories and campaign assets Attend restaurant events, menu tastings, activations, and launches to capture dynamic live content Build storytelling around chefs, teams, seasonal menus, and brand moments Channel Management & Execution Manage all social media accounts across the Caprice Restaurants portfolio. Including community management. Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posting Write and deliver engaging social captions in a polished, luxury tone of voice that's consistent with each brand. Ensure each restaurant's brand identity is reflected accurately and creatively Shoot Management & Execution Work closely with the operations and creative team to assist with the production of high level shoots involving camera teams, chefs, FOH and talent inside our restaurants. Own the end‑to‑end creation of best‑in‑class social content – workshopping ideas, collaborating with the creative team to shape concepts, and overseeing execution through to final delivery across all required channels. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs across all platforms: growth, reach, engagement, and content performance Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep Caprice ahead of the curve Provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders Recommend content optimisations based on data Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands Proven ability to workshop and develop creative content ideas, collaborating with creative teams to propose, shape and refine concepts for social media. Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality content creation, particularly video and storytelling Confident shooting on iPhone, using strong camera techniques to help our social content stand out, with extensive experience editing on‑device and a working knowledge of professional editing software. Comfortable using basic lighting set‑ups and accessories (e.g. gimbal) with a solid grounding in both photography and videography. Deep understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously Confident working with chefs, senior teams, and high‑profile individuals Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events, shoots, and activations when required Join our team and be a part of a distinguished establishment committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality.
