What You’ll Do Lead, manage, and support a team of neighbourhood officers Monitor and ensure team performance meets operational targets and KPIs Develop and implement action plans to resolve complex ASB issues Coordinate patrols, investigations, and community engagement activities Liaise with council partners, community groups, and other stakeholders Review and quality‑check reports and evidence gathered by officers Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role At least 2 years of experience in community safety, ASB enforcement, or a related field Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines Experience in partnership working with local authorities and community groups Problem‑solving mindset with an investigative approach Professional, calm, and resilient in challenging situations What We Offer £17 per hour, full‑time contract 5-6 working days per week, 50 hours per week (10 hours per day) On‑site parking Comprehensive training and support Opportunities to make a tangible difference in the community and develop professionally Please Note: All successful candidates will be required to undergo vetting as part of the recruitment process.
