Overview Sales Advisor (TWM) at Slicker Recycling. The role focuses on driving new business growth and building long-term client relationships within Total Waste Management. Responsibilities Pursuing new business: Research and identify potential clients, generate leads, and seize sales opportunities. Building strong relationships: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that add value. Creating proposals: Develop tailored presentations that showcase the value of our services. Smashing targets: Set ambitious sales goals and strive to exceed them. Collaborating with the team: Work with operations and customer service to deliver outstanding service. Staying ahead of the game: Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Key Skills A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and written skills; ability to engage, persuade, and build trust. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify the next opportunity. Ability to work independently while being a key team player. A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to make an impact. Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but full training is provided if you have energy and ambition. Previous industry experience would be advantageous. Hours of Work 40 hours per week – 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends.
