We’re building a high-performing Field Sales team and are looking for individuals with the mindset of wanting to be the best. What You’ll Do Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients in your territory Run persuasive, face-to-face meetings and product demos that win business Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound activity Consistently hit — and aim to exceed — ambitious sales targets You’ll Be Great for This Role If You have a winner’s mindset — competitive, motivated, and driven to be top of the leaderboard You consistently exceed sales targets and thrive in high-pressure environments You’re proactive in generating your own pipeline through cold outreach and referrals You have excellent communication skills and can build lasting client trust Industry experience in retail, hospitality, or POS/merchant services is ideal, but not essential We welcome career changers — some of our top sellers have come from industries like automotive, property, telecoms, and events Why Join SumUp?
