Responsibilities include developing and implementing person‑centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, inducting new staff, completing supervisions/appraisals, performing medication competencies and audits, attending multi‑disciplinary meetings, completing reports, and generally assisting the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day service management. Supervisors will regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support. Participation in the on‑call rota may be required, depending on service needs. Qualifications Previous experience in a care management role. Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours. Valid DBS check and references.
