We're always looking for more code ninjas, rockstar programmers, and computerphiles to join us, so get in touch if you love computers and programming as much as we doWe’re looking for an ambitious, organised, and business-savvy, Project Manager with Digital Marketing skills to join our small team and help grow Antropy to the next level.About UsStarted in the summer of 2010, Antropy designs, builds, supports, and hosts online shops for a wide range of clients that have included Pizza Express, The Mirror, UCL, Coca-Cola, Ben & Jerry's, and many other big names as well as small family businesses that sell online.Our talented web developers enjoy automating business processes and maximising online sales for ourselves and our clients, working from our small friendly Crawley office we’ve retained that exciting start-up feel and cultivated a fun but productive working environment.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing our small team of developers and designers to make sure their projects are running smoothly, and are completed quickly.You’ll be talking to clients, making sure they’re happy, and helping to find new ways we can help them with further projects. You'll be speaking to new leads to sell our services and get them going ahead with us. You will be responsible for keeping your eye on the numbers and making sure we hit our financial goals.You'll have some experience of digital marketing such as managing Google AdWords campaigns, sending email campaigns, using forums and social media to sell B2B services, as well as at least a basic understanding of SEO.You'll also be instrumental in helping us identify and make contact with new markets and clients to grow the business further.As a small company of less than 10, you’ll be able to develop the role and really make an impact on the whole business. The starting salary for this role is around £30k depending on experience.About YouYou’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, very organised, and looking for a new challenge where you can really make a difference rather than becoming just another small cog in a big machine.You will be naturally organised and able to help motivate the other staff to complete projects on time and make sure clients are replied to and happy, and you'll always have your eye on the numbers.You will enjoy working with people as well as the latest gadgets, technology, and software, as well as have a good business head on your shoulders and be always looking for ways to bring in business and close deals.You will be good at talking to new people with proven sales ability.You will understand the online space in terms of various ways to reach customers online.Ideally you would have some proven experience that demonstrates your ability to do the above.How to ApplyIf this sounds like the role for you, please send your CV with the Subject "Project Manager / Digital Marketer" to: careers@antropy.co.ukPlease include a very brief note about why you think this role is for you.
